LEGO Dimensions: Sensei Wu Fun Pack Review

Each type of LEGO Dimensions expansion offers a different amount of content to add to the game. Fun Packs are the lowest price pack, adding an extra hit of variety. Each includes a minifigure and a 3 in 1 mini build. This Ninjago themed Fun Pack includes Sensei Wu and the Flying White Dragon (primary build).

More Licensed Properties for LEGO Dimensions

Over the past few days LEGO have inadvertently released information on new LEGO Dimensions through the instructions download section on their website. Doctor Who, Ninjago, Legends of Chima, Scooby Doo and Jurassic World will all be part of the new LEGO ‘toys to life’ video game experience. There’s something for everyone in the new mix of properties revealed, which should make for a very eclectic experience…

UK Toy Fair 2014 Report

From January 21st to January 23rd 2014 the annual UK Toy Fair took place at the Olympia in London. LEGO were there to unveil the second half of the 2014 range, including regular themes such as City, Star Wars and Minifigures along with new themes such as Mixels and Ultra Agents. Review: Ninjago Graphic Novels #6 & #7

Although the TV series has been off the air for the past year, Papercutz has continued to reveal the adventures in the world on Ninjago through the series of graphic novels. Fans of Ninjago have been so taken with Jay, Cole, Zane and Kai that the theme has been extended for at least another year – and with a movie in development probably longer. So with lots of focus on the new Legends of Chima, comic format has been almost the only place for new Ninjago stories in 2013.

The Profit Keeps Coming for LEGO

LEGO have released their Annual Report, which shows that in 2012 the company sold nearly three times as much product as in 2007. The numbers, once again, are impressive and it is great news for LEGO.  Product lines singled out as success stories are Star Wars, City, Ninjago and Friends.

Ten years ago there was a reasonable LEGO publishing schedule, with DK having a reasonable range of books available. Almost all of these were child targeted storybooks.
