New sets from The LEGO Movie (Well, a few...)

There are three new sets available in 2015 based on The LEGO Movie for fans to add to their collection. Wait a minute, only three? The movie that boosted sales of all LEGO products, the movie that meant the company could barely keep up with demand, the movie that re-invigorated the Collectible Minifigures? They have been met with a varied reaction from fans and varied success when it comes to sales. All About Bricks Awards 2011


Before being overwhelmed by the new worlds of LEGO Friends, Dino and Lord of the Rings it’s time to kick start the New Year with a look at the All About Bricks 2011 Awards! Here I select which sets from each of my favourite themes are the best of 2011, and also throw in a few other awards to. The winning sets are awarded the prestige of being liked by one random voice online.

Review - LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game


LEGO video games are something that I approach with great anticipation, and it was no exception when I ordered my copy of LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game. What follows is my reaction to one of Traveller’s Tales two big Summer releases, and includes the code for a bonus character, if anyone is still looking for it.
