Stormtroopers, Ninjas and Police at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre

There’s lots going on in 2012 at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Manchester, UK. Not only will there be more special events, but also all-new attractions to keep the Discovery Centre fresh. Whether it's Star Wars, Ninjago, City or Friends that you prefer there's something for every LEGO fan. Read on to find out what’s in store between now and Easter…

The increasingly popular Ninjago will take over the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre this coming weekend (Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January), so book your tickets quickly if this is the event for you.
A weekend of LEGO Ninjago fun for all guests!
Sample the new LEGO Ninjago range, collect your free sticker and also join our 'Little Ninja' traning sessions running all day Saturday and Sunday.  Why not come dressed in your best Ninja costume?
Star Wars is back! After the last sell-out Star Wars weekend in November, the force will return with costumed characters from the Galactic Knights and UK Garrison on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th February 2012.
Celebrate the return of our LEGO Star Wars™Days!
Pre-booking for this very popular event is highly recommended.  Come face to face with LEGO Captain Rex and LEGO Chewbacca, enjoy Star Wars builds in the Master Model Builder's Workshop and more!
The LEGOLAND Discovery Centre seems determined to stay relevant to current themes in a way that larger LEGOLAND parks perhaps struggle to, shown by two new attractions based on the new LEGO City Forest Police and LEGO Friends.
New ride for 2012 at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester!
Preparation is already underway for the opening of yet another new feature at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre!  Easter 2012 will see the launch of the LEGO CITY: Forest Pursuit driving adventure!  Children will take to the forest pathways in their own off-road LEGO vehicles to chase the robbers who have escaped with loot from the City!
This exciting new attraction will be located in the space behind Merlin’s Apprentice, which is currently a behind the scenes area of the Centre. Due to the scale of the redevelopment, there may on occasion be some areas of the Centre that are not available for a short period of time, so please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Merlin's Apprentice ride will be closed on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th January as preparations for the new LEGO CITY: Forest Pursuit ride continue.
In addition to the recently announced LEGO CITY: Forest Pursuit driving adventure, we will also be unveiling an area dedicated to LEGO Friends!
Meet the five new LEGO friends, Stephanie, Andrea, Olivia, Mia, Emma in their new home at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre!  Could you be their new Best Friend? Build your own microphone and perform on Andrea’s karaoke stage!
The new LEGO Friends attraction opens 11th February.
Clearly lots to keep an eye on – to book tickets visit www.legolanddiscoverycentre.co.uk and keep an eye on All About Bricks for more updates.
