TT Games are back with the latest entry in the LEGO video game series, released today in the UK. This is only the second game based on the Marvel universe, this time based on the cinematic world of the Avengers and the surrounding movies. There’s still room for comic book goodness, but this time players will recognise locations and storylines from different Marvel movies.

Disability and LEGO: Five Minifigures with Disabilities

Fans have greeted the news that LEGO are to include a wheelchair as part of an upcoming LEGO City minifigures pack, Park Life (60134), positively. It sometimes takes a while for LEGO to get representation right, and now it seems that the scope is broadening further to be more inclusive of disabled people. Of course, this wheelchair user does not mark the first appearance of a disabled minifigure in LEGO – although previously the representations have been from more fantastic realms…

LEGO Change Policy Following Ai Weiwei's Letgo Room

LEGO have announced that bulk orders of bricks will be accepted without asking about the theme of the planned project - a seemingly innocuous press release. It's a great win for Ai Weiwei, the artist who turned to Chinese manufactured bricks when LEGO refused to support his order to produce a piece about freedom of expression.
